Rooms and Apartments

 
Our facility offers 28 beds, including rooms and apartments.

The four rooms are all located in the oldest part of the house, which dates back to the
Templar period (1100 AD).
They are furnished in Arte Povera style, reusing finely restored 19th-century doors and curtains made from old flour sacks.
The rooms are arranged around a common room dominated by the imposing fireplace, the heart of the house.

Pernice, Cinghiale, and Cervo, our double rooms (Cinghiale can be used as a triple or quadruple room thanks to the mezzanine) overlook the Agriturismo’s green garden.

From January 2026, two new room types were added to the facility. Thanks to renovations and new construction, Le Superiori were born. Pheasant Room and Upupa Room.

The Superiors, Pheasant Room.
This room was created by joining two existing rooms. It consists of two spaces and can accommodate up to four guests (it has a double bed, a sofa bed, and a mezzanine). It has a small sitting area with a kettle and herbal teas. The bathroom has been completely renovated. The room overlooks our saltwater pool.

The Superiors, Upupa Room.
This room was created by renovating rooms where grapes were dried. It has a private garden that surrounds the entire accommodation. The accommodation features a large living room with a table and refrigerator, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and a small study that can accommodate one person if needed.

All rooms have a private bathroom, towels, and linens included. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant’s dining rooms or on the veranda. It features traditional desserts made with organic farm flours, homemade heirloom fruit jams, farm eggs, fruit, and much more.

You won’t find televisions in any of the rooms; this was a decision made a few years ago to make the agriturismo experience even more immersive.
