What's included?

• Linens: Towels and sheets for each accommodation
• Private bathroom: in each accommodation (we have 5 bedrooms and two three-room apartments)
• Two fully equipped kitchens (in the two apartments) that you can use if you don't want to dine at the property
• Heating
• Breakfast (also for the apartments) is included, even on the morning of January 1st!

What's not included?

• Tourist tax: in our municipality, it's €2 per day per adult for the first three days of your stay. Children up to 12 years old are exempt. To be paid in cash at the property.
• Dinners and/or New Year's Eve dinner on the 31st: you can decide whether or not to dine with us; in any case, the property remains exclusively reserved for you.

We offer a tasting menu that changes daily, consisting of three appetizers, a first course, a second course with a side dish, and dessert.

The price per adult is €35, excluding drinks. Children ages 3 to 12 pay €20, and children under three are free.

As for the New Year's Eve dinner, the menu will follow the classic format, with the addition of additional courses that we'll be finalizing.

There will definitely be cotechino, lentils, truffles, and grapes!

The price of the dinner is €80 per adult and €40 for children ages 3 to 12. Children under three are free, excluding drinks.
