We also accept telephone bookings via whatsapp and online on our social channels. We are committed to responding within 24 hours of your request.

Check in <\/strong><\/p>\n

From 16.00 to 19.00
\nIn case of arrivals at a different time from those indicated, please notify us in good time.
\nWe require a valid personal document from all members of the group.<\/p>\n

We kindly ask you to check out by 10.00.
\nIn case you need to stay longer please let us know upon your arrival.<\/p>\n

Tourist Tax<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Municipality of Citt\u00e0 di Castello is subject to the payment of the tourist tax (*) which, in our facility, is \u20ac2 per day per person for the first three days of stay.<\/p>\n

(*) Except for exemptions and reductions established by the “Regulation for the application of the tourist tax”. Ask the owner.<\/p>\n

At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the entire stay is required.
\nThe deposit will be paid to the IBAN which we will communicate to you by email.
\nWe accept payments by wire transfers and home banking<\/p>\n
